All card payments made through our online shop are handled securely by PayPal. Credit card, debit card and other financial cards information are never seen or stored on our server. Normal Order Processing Time
1 to 3 business days.
All of our products are 100% handmade in Thailand by local Thai artisans. We always try to keep our inventory low, to ensure we provide the freshest products available. With that in mind, our aim is to get the product ready for shipping, after the payment has been received is 1 to 3 business day. If a longer processing time is expected, an email notification will be sent.
International and Worldwide Shipping
All items bought online are shipped worldwide via airmail from Thailand and include a tracking number. The estimated shipping times are
Europe: 7-15 business days
United Kingdom: 7-15 business days
United States: 7-15 business days
Asia Pacific: 4-7 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Please note that during the holiday season, shipping times may vary, this is out of my control.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges, on the condition that buyers contact us first with the details and to get the return address.

Protective Packaging
Items are wrapped within with a protective clear plastic, which in turn is wrapped in bubble protective layer and placed in a quality shipping box, for the best in protection. Guaranteed to arrive to your door without damage.
Returns
As all products are handmade and not from a factory setting, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our fahion products. If the product arrives damaged, please contact us first, and if possible do take a photo of the packaging for us to ensure this does not happen again, and ship the product back to us. We wil lbe happy to issue a new product free of charge in these pre-approved cases.
In the event a return or exchange is requested outisde of damaged goods, our policy allow us to provide for a reasonable restocking charge of 20% for returns in orginal conditions. Up to 50% restocking charge may be charged for late, opened, used, damaged or missing items returns. We were force to do this as we found some abused our free returns by using our products as a free rentals. Please contact us first to organize the return or exchange.
As per policy, return shipping is the responsability of the buyer.
